Become a Jigsaw Loyalty Member when you make a purchase at any Jigsaw Boutiques.

As an introductory offer when you accumulate your first 500 points ($1=1 point), you will receive an introductory $50 reward to use towards your next purchase.

Every time you reach 1000 points thereafter, you will receive a $50 reward. This reward is held in Jigsaw’s point of sale computerised system until redeemed.

How it works

When you join the program you'll receive a Jigsaw Loyalty card to use every time you shop with us. We'll keep track of your in-store purchases using the unique 8 digit number on the back of your card and each time you accumulate $1000 you will receive a $50 Jigsaw reward to use on your next purchase.

Track your accumulated points and any reward rebates on the bottom of your receipts or simply ask for a balance update in any of our Jigsaw boutiques. You can also email us at info@jigsaw-aust.com.au and call on 1800 621 757; please quote your card number with all enquiries.

Terms & Conditions*

  1. Your available points and rewards will appear on your receipt after each purchase.
  2. The rewards are held in the Jigsaw Point of Sale system until redeemed.
  3. All VIP loyalty card holders are entitled to a seven day exchange or refund period.
  4. At anytime if a refund transaction has occurred during the seven day exchange or refund period, your rewards voucher will not be available to you and points accumulated will be deducted.
  5. The rewards can be redeemed after the exchange or refund period at the discretion of the Jigsaw customer and can only be used as a final payment to conclude a lay-by. The rewards can not be used to start a lay-by or be used as interim lay-by payments.
  6. Lay-by purchases only qualify for the rewards program once the lay-by has been fulfilled.
  7. Complimentary suit tailoring to the value of $30 will be provided when you purchase matching jacket and pants or skirt (sale items not included).
  8. By using the Jigsaw VIP loyalty card and remaining as a member, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. The VIP loyalty card is not transferable and remains the property of Jigsaw.
  9. Jigsaw VIP loyalty program is valid at all Jigsaw boutiques (excluding David Jones, Myer and Jigsaw factory outlet stores).
  10. Jigsaw may amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Jigsaw will endeavour to notify all VIP loyalty members of changes yet will not be liable if it does not.
  11. Information relating to VIP loyalty members will be held in a database and made available to all Jigsaw boutiques unless an opt-out on the joining form has been requested. By becoming a Jigsaw VIP member you consent to information being used for communicating, marketing and other purposes relating to the Jigsaw VIP loyalty program.
  12. To help the environment and to continue providing the exclusive benefits to our VIP customers, any cards not used within12 months commencing from the 1st of August (to 30th of July) or if current postal details are not provided, all cards will be disabled. However, if you wish to remain a VIP loyalty member, please submit your new details at any Jigsaw boutique or email to info@jigsaw-aust.com.au and disabled cards will be reactivated. All points on loyalty cards will not be deleted even though they are disabled.
